Ice Ice Baby: Grown-Up Ice Pops
Now that it’s over 90 degrees almost every day, it’s time to break out the ice pops! Boozy ice pops are a crowd favorite; they keep you cool and take barely any time to make. If you’re a parent, it’s likely that you already have the ice pop molds somewhere in your house. If you don’t, I’m hoping that you have an easier time finding them than I did. I started looking for them in March, but couldn’t find them until a week ago. #Annoying

The best part about this recipe is that you can follow your heart on the measurements. If you want a boozier pop, add more liquor. If you want it to be sweeter, add more simple syrup. The only real factor to consider is that you should mix these elements in a bowl before you put them in the molds. If you don’t, half of your pop will taste like straight vodka.

My last recommendation is that you leave a little space in your mold and place them on top of a paper towel in the freezer. These drinks are sparkling, so they will fizz up and spill over a bit. You can also let them go flat before you make the drinks, but for me that takes too much time. Enjoy!
