Chest/Back Workout

Since self-quarantining, I’ve had to look for excuses to get out of my apartment for at least a few minutes every day. Working out has been a great one. A few of the chest workouts I do require a workout bench, which I obviously don’t have access to. Luckily, there is a lone concrete bench a few apartments away from mine that rarely gets used.

If you’re also looking for a reason to leave your apartment/house but also want to get a workout in, try the below!

Note: All strength exercises are 3 sets of 15 reps

Equipment Needed

A bench, towel to cover the bench, jump rope, and dumbbells

Warm-Up: 2-5 min. Jump Rope

Bench Press

Flat Chest Fly

Bent Over Rows

Single-Leg Deadlifts
